Ram Charan’s new untitled film, currently known as #RC16, had its formal launch today in Hyderabad. Director Buchi Babu Sana, of “Uppena” fame, is helming the film, which is billed as a sports drama.
Janhvi Kapoor plays the female lead. The pooja ceremony took place in Hyderabad and was attended by Megastar Chiranjeevi, AR Rahman, Sukumar, Boney Kapoor, and the film’s cast and crew.
AR Rahman returns to Tollywood after two decades as the music composer for RC16.
Sukumar presents RC16 under the Sukumar Writings banner, in collaboration with Mythri Movie Makers. Venkata Satish Kilaru is producing the film under the Vriddhi Cinemas banner.
The film features renowned technicians such as Ratnavelu as cinematographer, Avinash Kolla as production designer, Deepali Noor as costume designer, and Supreme Sunder as action choreographer.
