The title of Ram Charan’s upcoming film, Peddi, directed by Buchi Babu Sana, was officially announced on the actor’s birthday. Initially, the makers had planned to unveil a video glimpse along with the release date. However, due to AR Rahman’s health issues, the background score for the video was not completed in time.
Now, director Buchi Babu Sana is gearing up to release the video glimpse soon, along with the much-awaited theatrical release date.
As previously reported, the team is considering March 26, 2026, for the film’s release, making it a perfect birthday treat for Ram Charan’s fans on March 27.
“Peddi” is a sports drama, and the recently released posters received a highly positive response, with fans praising Ram Charan’s striking transformation.
The film stars Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead, while Venkata Satish Kilaru is producing it in collaboration with Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings. The shoot is currently progressing in Hyderabad.
