Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’ is one of the most expensive films in India. The grand visuals effects, sets, the remunerations of the stars need a huge budget. That is known to even a layman. But what is the actual cost for the producer DVV Danayya?
The makers have earlier termed it as Rs 400 Crore budgeted drama. But, the real budget has now been revealed.
Rajamouli, in his recent presentation to the Andhra Pradesh government, informed that they spent Rs 336 crore on the making of the movie. Remunerations of stars and director Rajamouli should be added additionally. He informed the government that they have spent Rs 336 crore alone on the making of the movie.
Buzz is that NTR and Ram Charan each have taken home Rs 75 crore. Rajamouli’s remuneration is in the range of Rs 100 crore.
‘RRR’ has done about Rs 700 crore theatrical, digital, satellite, and other business.
