Despite being a blockbuster, “Salaar” did not cover its high costs for distributors in Andhra Pradesh. While “Salaar” generated profits for Mythri Movie Makers, which purchased the film’s rights for the Nizam area, some individual distributors in Andhra Pradesh lost money. Because they bought the rights for a high price.

So, after calculating everything, producer Vijay Kirgandur contacted the distributors who had suffered financial losses and compensated them. This is an excellent gesture. Those distributors made no requests. But Vijay Kirangadur personally called them and gave them the money they had lost.

Mythri Movie Makers, which purchased the film for a whopping Rs 60 crore, not only recovered its investment but also made a handsome profit. Similarly, the distributor in the United States. The film made a whopping $8.9 million in the USA.

On the other hand, there are rumors that the team is preparing to begin the second part of “Salaar” very soon.
