“Swayambhu” marks Nikhil Siddhartha’s 20th film, a significant milestone in his career. Currently in production, the film presents Nikhil in a legendary warrior avatar, accompanied in battle by actress Samyuktha.
On the occasion of Nikhil’s birthday today, the makers released a striking poster featuring him in a powerful warrior pose. The poster also showcases Samyuktha wielding a sword, alongside the introduction of the ancient sceptre—the Sengol, a symbol of power and righteousness.
Directed by Bharat Krishnamachari, “Swayambhu” is being made on a grand scale. It is produced by Bhuvan and Sreekar under the banner of Pixel Studios and presented by Tagore Madhu. The film weaves its narrative around rich historical and mythological themes.
From ancient kingdoms to the era of India’s independence, the Sengol has held legendary significance as a symbol of power and righteous rule. In a recent tribute to this cultural legacy, Prime Minister Narendra Modi installed the Sengol near the Speaker’s seat in the new Parliament building.
“Swayambhu” also stars Nabha Natesh and features a top-tier technical team, including cinematographer KK Senthil Kumar and music composer Ravi Basrur.
