Samantha: Every woman should embrace her true self

Samantha Ruth Prabhu took to social media to reflect on societal expectations placed on women—especially the pressure to rush through their twenties and the myth that they “lose their glow” after thirty.
She shared a heartfelt poem emphasizing that real love begins when one accepts their authentic self, without masks or apologies.
She recalled how, in her twenties, she constantly hurried “to hold the façade together so no one would see how lost I felt inside.” But in her thirties, she says she began discovering her true self and allowing herself to soften.
“The person I was in public was the same person I was when no one was watching. And that was the most alive I had ever felt,” she wrote, adding that she wishes every girl would stop running and embrace who she truly is.
After her divorce from Naga Chaitanya in 2022, Samantha is reportedly dating filmmaker Raj Nidimoru. In recent times, she has been sharing her thoughts on alternative healing, health, and women empowerment through her social media platforms.
