Samantha Akkineni is finally back to the sets. Nearly after six months, she is facing the camera. Samantha is currently shooting for an ad film. The ad shoot will continue for over the next two days. Samantha is acting in an ad film for the e-commerce fashion portal Myntra.
She is the brand ambassador for this brand.
Samantha is the second actor from the Akkineni family to return to a set after her father-in-law Nagarjuna. Nagarjuna recently shot for the promo of ‘Bigg Boss Telugu 4’.
Samantha last did shoot for ‘The Family Man’ web series early this year and since the lockdown was announced, she stayed at home and developed a passion for urban farming and yoga. She will resume shooting for her new films once the corona crisis subsides.
Samantha has a signed a Pan-India woman-oriented film in the direction of Ashwin Saravanan of ‘Game Over’ fame and another film for Nayanthara’s boyfriend Vignesh Shivan directorial.
