Sandeep Reddy Vanga slams Bollywood ‘liberal’ gang

Filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga has once again stirred controversy, this time after watching “Dhurandhar 2.” While he praised the film, his social media post quickly turned into a sharp attack on a section of the Bollywood industry.
Vanga used the occasion to call out what he sees as hypocrisy among certain Bollywood writers and actors. Following the release of “Dhurandhar 2,” many in the Hindi film industry and media allegedly labeled it a propaganda film, while several prominent stars and directors remained silent about its box office success.
Reacting strongly, Vanga accused some writers and actors of building careers on so-called “propaganda films” under the guise of liberal ideology, only to criticize others for making films based on truth. Ending his post with a provocative Hindi remark, he suggested that “entire fields should be burnt,” intensifying the debate.
This isn’t the first time Vanga has taken on Bollywood voices. His films like “Kabir Singh” and “Animal” faced heavy criticism from sections of the industry, leading to an ongoing war of words between the director and his detractors.
