Satya Dev-starrer “Rao Bahadur” is the latest Telugu film to reschedule its release date. In recent times, many Telugu films, both big-budget and small-budget projects, have undergone multiple release date changes. Satya Dev’s film has shifted its release due to “Peddi.”
With “Peddi” officially beginning ticket sales in North America, it has now been confirmed for a June 4 release. As a result, “Rao Bahadur,” which was initially planned for release in the first week of June, has now locked July 3 as its new release date.
The latest release date poster reinforces the film’s atmospheric tone. Satya Dev appears in a poised elderly avatar, dressed in royal purple attire and accessorized like a powerful nobleman.
Presented by Mahesh Babu and Namrata Shirodkar under GMB Entertainment, and jointly produced by A+S Movies and SriChakraas Entertainments, “Rao Bahadur” is a psychological drama directed by critically acclaimed filmmaker Venkatesh Maha. Deepa Thomas plays the female lead, while Vikas Muppala, Bala Parasar, Anand Bharathi, Pranay Vaka, and Master Kiran appear in other important roles.
