Director Shankar and Tamil producer Subaskaran of Lyca Productions have reportedly buried the hatchet. Putting their differences aside, they have reportedly decided to revive Kamal Haasan starrer “Indian 2”. Lyca Productions had filed a case against Shankar, but Subaskaran has now agreed to drop them off.
According to Chennai sources, Shankar and Subaskaran recently met and had dinner together. They have resolved the issues between them. Shankar reportedly agreed to complete “Indian 2” before moving to his Bollywood project.
If that is the case, he will wrap Ram Charan’s Pan-Indian film in eight or ten months. The film will be launched in September, and the regular shoot will also begin shortly. Kiara Advani is the female lead.
Producer Dil Raju is also planning to release this movie in 2023 Sankranthi. The film will be released in five languages. Thaman is scoring the music.
