Sharwanand expressed complete confidence in the story and narration of “Nari Nari Naduma Murari,” stating that he was always sure the film would emerge as a success. Speaking at the film’s success meet, the actor recalled, “Even before the release, I declared that the film would become a hit. It was not arrogance or overconfidence. I genuinely believed the content would connect with the audience, and it has, as the film is now running successfully in theatres.”
Released on January 14, “Nari Nari Naduma Murari” opened to positive reviews and strong word of mouth. Despite being screened in a limited number of theatres due to stiff competition during the Sankranthi season, the film has been recording healthy collections. Sharwanand revealed that distributor Dil Raju has assured the team of increased screen count from next week.
The actor also showered praise on producer Anil Sunkara for his unwavering support. “No matter how much I speak about Anil, it will not be enough. The entire industry knows him as a good producer. He stood by me like a brother. I know how hard he worked to make this film and to ensure its release. Our journey will continue, and I will always have Dil Raju’s support,” Sharwanand said.
Sharwanand further appreciated his co-star Samyuktha, calling her a wonderful actor and a pleasure to work with.
On a high note, Sharwanand announced his next big festival release. He confirmed that he is teaming up with director Sreenu Vaitla and Mythri Movie Makers for a new film, which is locked for Sankranthi 2027.
“Whenever I have a release during Sankranthi, my films do well. Please reserve a slot for me every year. I am coming back next Sankranthi,” Sharwanand declared confidently.
