Shruti Haasan to step into her dad’s place?

Kamal Haasan has been hosting the ‘Bigg Boss’ in Tamil since its launch. He has successfully hosted it. The veteran actor, however, is in isolation in hospital after contracting COVID-19.

He will not return to the sets of ‘Bigg Boss Tamil 5’ for a couple of weeks. The makers are now looking for an alternative host to fill in his shoes. There is a buzz that Shruti Haasan might don her father’s hat for a couple of weeks. 

There is also buzz that Vijay Sethupathi is also being considered. 

Shruti Haasan is currently shooting for Prabhas’s ‘Salaar’. She also recently signed Balakrishna – Gopichand’s film. Shruti Haasan is a performer on stage.
