Shruti Haasan’s heartbroken on seeing COVID situation

Shruti Haasan said she haven’t prayed so hard in a long time. She is heartbroken about seeing the current pandemic situation in our country.

Taking to Instagram, Shruti Haasan posted that so many people she knows of have been victims of COVID-19. And so many of them have just passed away, she mentioned with a heartbroken emoji.

India on Saturday saw 4,01,993 fresh cases, a global record. There is no respite from the positive cases and death toll.

“Sending everyone giant hugs and love and light healing. I just don’t know what else to do or say,” she posted.

Shruti Haasan is currently staying in her Mumbai home. Her film, ‘Salaar’ with Prabhas, has been halted.
