SP Balasubrahmanyam’s condition deteriorates again

The condition of veteran singer SP Balasubrahmanyam, who is admitted to MGM Health Care hospital in Chennai on August 5 for COVID19 treatment, has worsened again. He remains critical and on life support.

The latest health bulletin….

“S P Balasubrahmanyam who had been admitted at MGM Healthcare on August Sth. remains on ECM() and other life support measures. His condition in the last 24 hours has deteriorated further warranting maximum life support and he is externally critical. The team of experts at MGM Healthcare are closely monitoring his health condition.”

Two days ago, his son SP Charan said Balasubrahmanyam is showing steady progress and is keen on getting back home from the hospital. He also mentioned that SP Balasubrahmanyam is receiving physiotherapy with oral intake of liquids.

But the latest reports say that he’s having breathing issues and is in a very critical condition. Let’s pray for his recovery. He remains critical and continues to be on life support.

The 74-year-old singer has sung more than 40,000 songs in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam languages.
