That Allu Arjun and Sukumar’s ‘Pushpa’ is split into two parts is known to all. The question is: will the makers change the name of the movie.
Rajamouli had named ‘Baahubali’ movies into ‘Baahubali The Beginning’ and ‘Baahubali 2: The Conclusion’, Neel split KGF into ‘Chapter 1’ and ‘Chapter 2’. Similarly, Krish had named NTR Biopics as ‘NTR: Kathanayakudu’ and ‘NTR: Mahanayakudu’.
Regarding ‘Pushpa’, director Sukumar has decided to go with the same title for the first part. The name for the second part will be decided later.
The first part of ‘Pushpa’ will release later this year once the pandemic situation comes under control. The film needs to wrap 30 days of shoot further for the first part. Starring Allu Arjun as the protagonist, Fahadh Faazil as the corrupt police officer, and Rashmika as the village belle, ‘Pushpa’ is bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers.
The film is to be released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam languages simultaneously.
