Director Sukumar, who was diagnosed with dengue recently, has not yet fully recovered. However, the symptoms of dengue have receded. After consulting the doctors, Sukumar resumed the shoot of ‘Pushpa’ on Wednesday (July 28, 2021).

Despite the general weakness, Sukumar is working hard to complete the shooting part on time. Wrapping the first part of ‘Pushpa’ in the next couple of months is crucial, as getting the dates of actors like Fahadh Faasil would be tough.
‘Pushpa Part 1’ will continue this long schedule for another month in Hyderabad. The team will also head to other parts of India to can some important sequences.
Set in the backdrop of Seshachalam forest in Chittoor in Andhra Pradesh, ‘Pushpa’ has Allu Arjun playing a transporter of red sanders. Rashmika is his female companion. Music is by Devi Sri Prasad.
