After her breakup with Vijay Varma, with whom she was in a relationship for nearly two years, Tamannaah Bhatia has channeled her focus into fitness. Determined to get back in shape, she hit the gym with renewed intensity under the guidance of her trainer Siddhartha Singh. The results are already visible. Tamannaah has shed significant weight and looks fitter than ever.
In a recent interview, the actress revealed that her mission now is not just to maintain her current fitness levels but also to push herself further and achieve a healthier, leaner physique.
She admitted that recurring health issues had earlier made it difficult to stay consistent, but with her trainer’s expertise in nutrition and fitness planning, she feels more confident about sustaining long-term results.
