Filmmaker Tammareddy Bharadwaja who has now become a YouTube star voices his opinions on all things. In his latest video, the director-producer spoke at length about the business of Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’.
He predicted that the Rajamouli directed epic drama ‘RRR’ would become the first Telugu film to collect Rs 500 crore opening weekend. Rajamouli’s previous movie ‘Baahubali 2’ collected Rs 400+ crore in its first weekend worldwide.
‘RRR’ featuring NTR and Ram Charan is in progress. Tammareddy says the film will collect such a massive opening irrespective of its content.
“It would collect Rs 200 crore on opening day and Rs 500 crore in 3 or 4 days. Thereafter, the film’s run would depend on the talk and its content. Whether it would beat the collection of Baahubali 2 remains to be seen, but I am confident that would set new records as well,” he predicted.
Rajamouli is the only director who can do such wonders, he praises.
