The members of the Telangana Cinema Theaters Association on Saturday offered apologies to actor Nani. They said they were not against any person. On Friday, they used harsh words against him.
“We are not against anyone in the trade. We believe and accept that everyone in the trade belongs to one family. This was only our anguish against the producers backtracking on their promises. We sincerely apologies to everyone if some of our members hurt anyone’s feelings. We are striving for the betterment of the movie industry not against anyone,” the association issued an apology letter.
The theater owners expressed their anger as Nani starrer ‘Tuck Jagadish’ is skipping the theatrical window and releasing directly on OTT. Moreover, the film will be streaming on 10th September on the same day Naga Chaitanya starrer ‘Love Story’ is releasing in the theaters.
Their comments against Nani created an uproar in the industry. Asian Suniel realized that some of their members went overboard.
