Thaman becomes silent after Anirudh Ravichander’s name announced

Thaman has long been regarded as one of director Trivikram Srinivas’s closest collaborators. Their successful partnership began with “Aravinda Sametha” and continued across several films, making them one of Telugu cinema’s most consistent director-composer duos.
The first sign of a change came when Trivikram initially chose “Animal” fame Harshavardhan Rameshwar to compose the music for “Aadarsha Kutumbam”, starring Venkatesh. Although Thaman was left out at first, he later replaced Harshavardhan and returned to the project.
At the time, Thaman had downplayed the temporary break, saying in an interview that he would instead be collaborating with Trivikram on the director’s ambitious mythological film, “God of War”, starring NTR.
When co-producer Naga Vamsi hinted about the announcement of this mythological film two days ago, Thaman reposted his tweet.
However, the official announcement has taken everyone by surprise. Tamil composer Anirudh Ravichander has been confirmed as the music director for “God of War”, ending speculation that Thaman would reunite with Trivikram on the prestigious project.
And Thaman didn’t repost this new announcement. He remained silent.

While Thaman managed to regain “Aadarsha Kutumbam”, missing out on NTR’s highly anticipated mythological epic is undoubtedly a setback. Given his long-standing association with Trivikram, many expected him to score the film. Instead, Anirudh has landed one of the biggest Telugu projects currently in production.
