The Raja Saab: A big event being planned in Hyderabad

Prabhas is known for keeping promotions to a bare minimum. Despite his immense popularity and fan following, the star usually avoids extensive publicity, rarely giving interviews and limiting himself to just one major promotional event along with a couple of recorded interactions.

For his upcoming film “The Raja Saab,” Prabhas has reportedly allotted dates exclusively for the pre-release event. As of now, there is no clarity on whether he will participate in video interviews as part of the promotions.

The pre-release event is set to be held in Hyderabad, with large venues such as LB Stadium and the RFC grounds currently under consideration. Safety and crowd management remain the top priorities, and the production house is in the process of finalizing a suitable location. Once Prabhas gives his approval, the official date and venue will be announced.

The Raja Saab presents Prabhas in a fun and refreshing role and is billed as a horror drama.

The film is directed by Maruthi and produced by TG Vishwa Prasad under the People Media Factory banner. It is slated to hit screens on January 9, 2026, making it the first major release of the Sankranthi 2026 season.

“The Raja Saab” also stars Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal, and Riddhi Kumar as the female leads, with Sanjay Dutt playing the role of a grandfather.
