In the second half of “The Raja Saab,” there is a moment where Prabhas sits on a chair belonging to Sanjay Dutt inside the isolated palace set in the Narsapur forest. This sequence briefly reveals Prabhas in an old-man getup, but the scene abruptly cuts, leaving audiences intrigued and confused.
Ahead of the film’s release, the makers had unveiled a poster featuring Prabhas in this old-age look, which generated considerable curiosity. However, following the release, the film drew criticism for its inconsistent narration, missing links, and an overlong runtime, with viewers specifically pointing out the omission of crucial sequences.

Responding to the feedback, the makers have now made changes to the film. Producer TG Vishwa Prasad clarified the development, stating, “We couldn’t upload Prabhas’ four-minute old getup scenes earlier. These scenes have now been added, with a few other portions trimmed accordingly.”

Directed by Maruthi, The Raja Saab will continue with the same runtime. While certain portions have been edited out, the newly added sequence has been accommodated without altering the overall length. As a result, no fresh censor certification was required, and the revised version is now being screened.
