Three heroines in consideration for Balakrishna

Nandamuri Balakrishna is currently shooting for ‘Akhanda’. He recently had resumed shooting for this action drama directed by Boyapati Srinu. The film is expected to complete its entire shooting in August. 

Balakrishna has also given his nod to director Gopichand Malineni’s next film. It will start rolling in September. The heroine for the film has not yet been finalized. Shruti Haasan, Trisha, and Tamannaah Bhatia are in consideration for the female lead. However, director Gopichand has not received confirmation from any of them. 

To be bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers, the untitled Balakrishna – Gopichand Malineni’s movie will have music by Thaman.

The release date for ‘Akhanda’ is yet to be fixed. December release is one option the makers are exploring.
