Korean Kanakaraju

Varun Tej has kickstarted promotions for “Korean Kanakaraju”, a film that is partly set in South Korea. He plays a quirky character obsessed with Korea, and the story also takes him to Seoul, where key sequences were recently filmed.

The team is now gearing up to announce the release date. As part of the promotions, the makers have unveiled details about the first single.

Titled “Kamsahamnida”, the song composed by S Thaman will be released on April 11, officially marking the beginning of the film’s promotional campaign.

Directed by Merlapaka Gandhi, the film is being jointly produced by UV Creations and First Frame Entertainments. Ritika Nayak plays the female lead, and this will be her next release after the blockbuster “Mirai”.

“Korean Kanakaraju” is aiming for a summer holiday release. The film is crucial for Varun Tej as he looks to bounce back after a series of setbacks. Comedian Satya plays a key role, with the film banking heavily on comedy elements.
