Director Chandoo Mondeti, known for hits like Premam and Karthikeya 2, has announced his next ambitious project. After directing the Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi starrer Thandel, he is now venturing into the world of animation with “Vayuputra.”
“Vayuputra” tells the legendary tale of an immortal warrior, inspired by Lord Hanuman’s unwavering devotion and valor that has shaped generations. The powerful announcement poster, featuring Hanuman standing tall on a hill as Lanka burns in the background, perfectly captures the film’s epic scale and spiritual depth.
Produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi under Sithara Entertainments, “Vayuputra” promises a grand 3D animated cinematic experience, blending mythology with cutting-edge technology.
“Vayuputra” is slated for a festive Dussehra release in 2026, and will be presented in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.
