Despite the fact that the films are scheduled for the Sankranthi festival, the producers of ‘Veera Simha Reddy,’ ‘Waltair Veerayya,’ and ‘Vaarasudu’ have yet to announce exact release dates. According to our sources, Thalapathy Vijay and Nandamuri Balakrishna will compete at the box office on the same day.
The film ‘Veera Simha Reddy,’ starring Nandamuri Balakrishna, is set to be released on January 12. The film, directed by Gopichand Malineni, is currently in the last leg of shooting. The producers have only recently begun promotions. Balakrishna has a track record of delivering record-breaking hits during the Sankranthi festival. So, he is keen on ‘Veera Simha Reddy’ receiving first priority during the upcoming festival season.
The date has not been announced by producer Dil Raju, but the overseas distributor of ‘Vaarasudu/Varisu’ has announced the 11th of January as the premiere date in overseas territories. That means the film will be released in Indian theatres on January 12th, competing with Balakrishna’s ‘Veera Simha Reddy.’
