Working with South Indian actors and directors is the new trend in Bollywood. As South Indian stars captured the Hindi market with a series of films, Bollywood filmmakers and stars are adapting to the changed scenario.
Salman Khan, one of the biggest superstars of Indian cinema, is doing a cameo in a Telugu film starring Chiranjeevi. Aamir Khan, another top star, has roped in Naga Chaitanya for his upcoming film, Laal Singh Chaddha. Shah Rukh Khan, the Baadshah of Bollywood, is no exception.
Tamil director Atlee, in his maiden Hindi attempt, is making a film titled ‘Jawan’ with Shah Rukh Khan. He is introducing Nayanthara to Bollywood audiences. She is paired up with Shah Rukh. Now, Thalapathy Vijay is joining the cast.
According to our sources, Vijay has agreed to play a guest role in this Bollywood film. It will be Vijay’s first Hindi movie. Atlee and Thalapathy Vijay worked together for three films in a row. The three films turned out to be blockbusters. Upon Atlee’s request, Vijay has given his nod for a cameo appearance.
Vijay is currently shooting for his Telugu-Tamil bilingual, Vaarasudu/Varisu, in the direction of Vamsi Paidipalli.
