Vivek Oberoi praises Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s vision in cinema

The casting of Vivek Oberoi in Prabhas’s “Spirit” came as a surprise to many, as the actor has been relatively inactive in recent years. Even in Bollywood, Vivek Oberoi appears only occasionally. When his name was revealed in the audio teaser of “Spirit,” released on Prabhas’s birthday (October 23), it caught everyone off guard.
Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga is reportedly a huge admirer of Vivek Oberoi’s performance in Ram Gopal Varma’s “Company.” Vivek, in turn, said he was deeply impressed by Vanga’s debut film “Arjun Reddy,” and the two have been in touch ever since. Given that Vanga is an RGV fan and Vivek is one of RGV’s discoveries, their collaboration seems natural.
Praising the filmmaker, Vivek Oberoi described Sandeep Reddy Vanga as a director with a “unique vision in cinema” and lauded his passion and commitment.
Vivek Oberoi is no stranger to Telugu audiences. He played the lead role in Ram Gopal Varma’s Rakta Charitra and later appeared in Boyapati Sreenu’s “Vinaya Vidheya Rama,” starring Ram Charan.
