Naga Chaitanya has been working on his 24th film (#NC24), which is being mounted on a massive scale. The makers have now revealed its title. The film is titled “Vrushakarma.”
On the occasion of Naga Chaitanya’s birthday today, the first-look poster was unveiled along with the title reveal. Vrushakarma translates to “the one who performs righteous actions,” suggesting that Naga Chaitanya plays a character who is an embodiment of righteousness.
The poster shows Naga Chaitanya engaged in an action fight sequence, wielding an iron rod. The film is being directed by Karthik Dandu, whose debut “Virupaksha” was a blockbuster. He again opts for a Sanskrit title beginning with the letter V.
Meenakshi Chaudhary plays the female lead and appears as an archaeologist in the story. Sparsh Shrivastava of ‘Laapataa Ladies’ fame is portraying the antagonist.
Produced by BVSN Prasad in association with Sukumar Writings, the film explores themes rooted in myth and history. Naga Chaitanya has high expectations from this project, which is slated for release in the second half of 2026.
