The buzzword in the Telugu film industry is the pan-India project. The other trend is roping in a Bollywood actress for such projects. Jumping on the bandwagon of the pan-Indian craze, Ram Pothineni has announced his new film in the direction of top filmmaker Boyapati.

The film (#RAPO20) will go to the sets in summer this year. The producer has been trying to rope in Bollywood directors. Janhvi Kapoor, Kiara Advani, Ananya Panday, and other names have been shortlisted. Media reports suggest that the makers have already received clarity from Janhvi Kapoor. She reportedly said no to the offer.
The makers will have to approach other actresses.
Srinivasaa Chitturi is bankrolling the project. It will be made on a lavish scale.
