Yash’s Toxic: 100 days to arrive in theaters

While films like “Peddi” already released a title video and a song, Yash’s “Toxic” had not begun any promotions, leading many to believe that the film might skip the March 2026 release plan. Adding to the buzz, Ranveer Singh’s “Dhurandhar” sequel is also expected to hit screens on March 19, 2026.
But the team has now put all rumors to rest. A new poster has been released, announcing that “Toxic” will arrive in theaters in 100 days, confirming the locked release date. The poster features Yash sitting in a blood-splattered bathtub with his back facing the camera. He captioned it, “The Fairy Tale unfolds in 100 days.”
“Toxic” is Yash’s immediate film after the sensational “KGF” franchise that turned him into a pan-Indian star. Expectations are sky-high for this action-heavy project directed by Geetu Mohandas.
The film features Rukmini Vasanth, Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi and Tara Sutaria as the leading women. Produced by Venkat Narayana under KVN Productions, the film reportedly features high-octane action sequences choreographed by Hollywood stunt masters.
Anirudh Ravichander is composing the songs, while Ravi Basrur is said to be handling the background score. Promotions are expected to start from January. The full title is “Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups,” hinting at a bloody, dark and stylish narrative.
