The Girlfriend: OTT premiere date locked

“The Girlfriend” starring Rashmika Mandanna turned out to be a decent hit and earned her strong critical acclaim. The film connected well with a section of audiences, especially women. Released on November 7, it has now completed its theatrical run and is ready for its OTT debut.

Netflix had acquired the streaming rights long back, and the platform has now locked the premiere date. The Girlfriend will stream from December 5, 2025 in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.

The film was directed by Rahul Raveendran and produced by Vidya Koppineedi and Dheeraj Mogilineni.

The Girlfriend is Rashmika Mandanna’s fourth release in 2025 after Kubera, Chaava and Sikandar.
