Satyadev starrer ‘Thimmarusu’ will be the first film to hit the theaters this season. Since April 2021, theaters have remained shut due to the second wave of coronavirus pandemic. Theaters have reopened now. Hence, the trade is banking heavily on this film.

‘Thimmarusu’ has got Devi 70mm as the main theater in RTC X-Roads in Hyderabad. The film also completed its censor formalities with UA Certificate.
Set to hit the theatres on July 30, ‘Thimmarusu’ is directed by newcomer Sharan Koppisetty. Mahesh S Koneru and Yarabolu Srujan are producing it.
Sricharan Pakala has composed the music. Priyanka Jawalkar is the heroine.
