I like playing different roles: Eesha Rebba

Eesha Rebba, who stars alongside Tharun Bhascker in the upcoming film Om Shanti Shanti Shantihi, says she enjoys exploring varied and unconventional roles.

“Om Shanti Shanti Shantihi” marks the directorial debut of A R Sajeev and is produced by Srujan Yarabol under the S Originals. The film is set for worldwide release on January 30.

Speaking at a press conference ahead of the release, Eesha shared insights into her role. In Om Shanti Shanti Shantihi, she plays Tharun Bhascker’s wife. This is a character that begins as a simple homemaker and gradually evolves into a rebellious woman. The actress said that such transformations are what excite her as a performer.

“I have played almost all kinds of characters in my career, and I enjoy doing diverse roles,” Eesha said. “If you look at films like Anthaku Mundu Aa Taruvatha, Ami Thumi, Brand Babu, and Three Roses, each character is completely different.”

Eesha also spoke about her upcoming projects, revealing that she has heard two new Telugu scripts and will announce them soon. In addition, she is currently shooting for a Tamil film.
