Supritha wants mom Surekhavani to remarry

Actress Supritha has opened up about her mother, popular Telugu character artist Surekhavani, and shared her heartfelt wish that she considers a second marriage.

Surekhavani, known for playing mother and sister-in-law roles in several Telugu films, lost her husband two years ago.

In a recent interaction, Supritha revealed that she wants her mother to find happiness again and even hopes she remarries before Supritha herself ties the knot. She said she has discussed the idea with her maternal uncles, who responded positively.

Supritha is currently awaiting the release of her upcoming film “Amaravathiki Aahwanam,” in which she plays one of the female leads. The film is set to release on February 13, 2026.
