Swayambhu team locks solo weekend for release!?

Nikhil Siddhartha’s upcoming film “Swayambhu” has recently stepped up its promotional campaign. The makers unveiled the teaser and have begun interacting with students through promotional events across campuses.
According to the latest buzz in the trade circles, the team is now looking at April 17 as the film’s release date.
Initially, the makers were considering April 10. However, they reportedly decided to shift the plan to avoid a direct clash at the box office.
The April release calendar is already crowded with multiple films. Sharwanand’s “Biker” is scheduled to arrive on April 3, while Adivi Sesh’s “Dacoit” is set for April 10. Meanwhile, Ram Charan’s “Peddi” has locked April 30 as its release date.
With these dates occupied, April 17 appears to be the only available weekend for a solo release next month. Industry sources say the producers are likely to officially announce the date after consulting distributors and their OTT partner.
“Swayambhu” is a period drama in which Nikhil Siddhartha plays a warrior. Samyuktha and Nabha Natesh play the female leads. The film is written and directed by Bharat Krishnamachari, with music composed by Ravi Basrur. It is produced by Bhuvan and Sreekar and presented by Tagore Madhu.
