Dacoit trailer: An intense tale of love and survival

Adivi Sesh’s upcoming Pan-India film “Dacoit” unveiled its trailer today. Directed by debutant Shaneil Deo, the film explores a dark and intense journey shaped by love, betrayal, and survival.

The story follows Hari and Juliet, whose dream of a peaceful life shatters after a betrayal sends Hari to prison. Following a daring escape, he returns to find Juliet struggling to save her sick daughter, in urgent need of a huge sum for treatment. What begins as an emotional reunion soon spirals into a dangerous path, as Hari exploits Juliet’s desperation, transforming from a loving partner into a calculated survivor.

The trailer moves between past memories and present-day chaos.

Adivi Sesh showcases impressive range, shifting effortlessly from a soft lover to a ruthless conman. Mrunal Thakur delivers a powerful performance as a mother caught in desperate circumstances. Anurag Kashyap adds intensity as a menacing cop, while Prakash Raj brings his trademark authority.

Technically, the film looks polished and gritty. With the trailer striking the right chord, “Dacoit” is building strong buzz ahead of its April 10 release. The film is produced by Supriya Yarlagadda and co-produced by Suniel Narang.
