After a gap, Mahesh Babu set for another public appearance

Mahesh Babu has been fully occupied with Rajamouli’s ambitious project “Varanasi,” which is currently in its final phase of production. The superstar was last seen at a public event in November 2025, when the makers unveiled the film’s title and first glimpse.
Now, industry buzz suggests that Mahesh Babu could soon make another public appearance, this time for a family occasion.
According to sources, Mahesh had promised to support his nephew Jaya Krishna Ghattamaneni, who is making his debut as a lead actor with director Ajay Bhupathi’s “Srinivasa Mangapuram.” Jayakrishna is the son of Mahesh Babu’s late brother, Ramesh Babu.
The film is scheduled for release on July 9, 2026, and the makers are reportedly planning a promotional event ahead of its release. Mahesh Babu’s presence at the event would undoubtedly generate significant attention and provide a major boost to Jaya Krishna’s launch.
At present, Mahesh Babu is holidaying in France with his family. Once he returns to India, the team behind “Srinivasa Mangapuram” is expected to finalize the event plans and formally invite him to attend.
