With The Raja Saab already declared a flop, the remaining four Sankranthi 2026 releases enjoyed a decent run during the festive period. Leading the box office was Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, followed by Sharwanand’s Nari Nari Naduma Murari, Ravi Teja’s Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi, and Naveen Polishetty’s Anaganaga Oka Raju.

Now that the festival season has ended and life has returned to normal—students heading back to schools and colleges, and working professionals resuming their routines—the real test begins for these films. The post-festival weekdays are always challenging, making this week a crucial phase at the box office.

The first Monday is particularly important. While Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu has already achieved break-even status, it needs to maintain strong collections for at least another week to emerge as a major profit venture.

“Nari Nari Naduma Murari” has received positive word of mouth and posted decent collections so far, but it struggled to secure enough screens during the festive rush. The makers are now hopeful of gaining additional theatres this week.

Meanwhile, “Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi” starring Ravi Teja, Dimple Hayathi and Ashika Ranganath is also banking on renewed audience attention in the post-festival period to sustain its run at the box office.
