Pooja Hegde sets new record in Telugu
Pooja Hegde is the numero uno actress in South Indian cinema. She has been a part of many prestigious films with most of the top south Indian superstars. With no heavy competition, she is currently the reigning queen of south cinema.
With the number one position comes good money. The actress takes home a hefty check as well. If sources are to be believed she gets somewhere around Rs 2.75 Cr to Rs 3 Cr for every movie she acts in.
Despite giving two flops in a row, her popularity is not dented one bit. She is still the hottest heroine in town. The producers of ‘F3’ have cashed on this fact and roped her for an item song in ‘F3’. The shoot for this song has been wrapped.
Now comes the best part, Pooja has charged a whopping Rs 1.75 Cr for this song alone. This is humongous! No actress has received such a big amount just for a song.
We recall that Samantha was paid Rs 1.5 Cr for the raunchy dance to the song ‘Oo Antava…’ in Allu Arjun starrer ‘Pushpa’. Pooja Hegde has broken that barrier and has gone ahead of Samantha.
Pooja Hegde will begin the shoot of Trivikram – Mahesh Babu’s film and Salman Khan’s Hindi film from June/July.
