“23” is a movie based on real-life incidents. Directed by Raj R “Mallesham” fame features Teja and Tanmayee playing the lead roles in the movie produced by Studio 99, with Venkat Siddareddy as the ex-producer. It is distributed by Rana Daggubati’s Spirit Media.

23 unfolds a gripping narrative centred around three tragic mass killings: the 1991 Tsunduru massacre, the 1993 Chilakaluripet bus burning incident, and the 1997 Jubilee Hills car bomb blast. Drawing on these real-life events, the film explores the complexities of justice.
