The Jana Sena party, led by Pawan Kalyan, appears to remain undeterred in its targeting Allu Arjun. Bollisetti Srinivas, a Jana Sena MLA from Tadepalli Gudem constituency, refrained from speaking further on Allu Arjun after initially criticizing him, but another Jana Sena leader spoke out strongly today.
Ramesh Babu, a leader from Hanuman Junction, Andhra Pradesh, has threatened to ban Allu Arjun’s films.
The Jana Sena leader stated that they will not allow the screening of “Pushpa 2: The Rule” in the Gannavaram constituency. “On December 6, no one will be putting up flexis or posters for Allu Arjun’s movie. We will not permit any theaters in our region to screen the film,” he declared.
He also demanded that Allu Arjun wipe the feet of megastar Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan and lay them on his head as a symbol of repent. Only then did he say they would consider screening ‘Pushpa 2’ in theaters or outright ban it.
Sukumar directs “Pushpa 2,” which stars Allu Arjun. The film is set to be released on December 6, 2024.
