After delivering a flop with ‘Beast’ starring Thalapathy Vijay, many thought Superstar Rajinikanth might drop the film with director Nelson Dilip Kumar. But he is going ahead. The film’s title has been announced recently.

Titled ‘Jailer’, the film will go on floors in September. It was to start next month but the makers have decided to September. The production work will start at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad. A massive jail is set to be erected.
Sun Pictures is bankrolling the film. Anirudh Ravichander will score the music.
Aishwarya Bachchan will pair with Rajinikanth.
