Many actors have joined Bharatiya Janata Party in Telangana recently. The party is also inviting popular actors and meeting with them. BJP’s top leader Amit Shah recently met NTR. Actors like Vijayashanti, Jaya Prada, and Jeevitha have been actively working in BJP. Jayasudha is also planning to join the party.
Now, the actress turned politician Divyavani met BJP MLA Etela Rajender on Thursday in Hyderabad. She reportedly expressed her desire to join the party.
Divyavani had been with the Telugu Desam party for many years. She quit the party owing to differences with the top leadership. As per the media reports, Etela Rajender informed her that he would inform the central leaders before making a decision.
Divyavani shot to fame with the films like Pelli Pustakam and Edurinti Mogudu Pakkinti Pellam in the 1990s.
