Young director Buchi Babu Sana who shot to fame with his debut movie ‘Uppena’ had bigger plans for his second film. It was said that NTR had given a nod to his script idea, a sports drama, and asked the director to prepare it into a full script. But despite media reports, there has been no official statement from NTR.
There also have been media reports that Buchi Babu recently met Allu Arjun as NTR has not given any confirmation. But looks like Allu Arjun is not showing much interest to team up with this young director any time soon.
In the latest interview of Bunny Vaas, Allu Arjun’s close friend, the star has lined up his next six films. Allu Arjun will work with the likes of Boyapati, Sriram Venu, Koratala Siva, AR Murugadoss, and Prashanth Neel in the coming years. There is no mention of Buchi Babu.
On the other hand, NTR has officially announced his next two films with directors Koratala Siva and Prashanth Neel after ‘RRR’.
So, Buchi Babu has to wait for a longer time to work with NTR or Allu Arjun Or he should plan his second movie with other stars. This is another proof that all the ‘discussions with top stars’ don’t materialize into projects. A top league of stars considers many other factors to give dates to the filmmakers.
