Bollywood’s leading filmmaker Karan Johar is taking up a megaphone after a gap of six years. Karan Johar is the director of such big hits ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’, and ‘Kal Ho Naa Ho.’

Lately, Karan Johar has focussed on producing films on his Dharma Productions banner than directing. He is currently co-producing Vijay Deverakonda’s ‘Liger’ as well.
Karan Johar has now announced that he is directing a love story and the film features Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt as the lead pair. It was Karan Johar who introduced Alia Bhatt in ‘Student of The Year’. She is now acting in his direction after a long gap.
Alia Bhatt is also making her debut in Tollywood in Rajamouli’s epic drama ‘RRR’. She has been cast opposite Ram Charan in the film.
