Allu Arjun announced and expressed interest in collaborating with several directors before tackling “Pushpa”. Following the massive success of “Ala Vaikunthapurramloo,” it was announced that Allu Arjun would collaborate with director Trivikram immediately following the completion of “Pushpa”. However, halfway through filming, the team decided to divide “Pushpa” into two parts. Thus, his plans shifted.
Even as Trivikram was filming “Guntur Kaaram,” Haarika Haasine Creations announced that Allu Arjun would star in their next film. But the equations have changed now.
According to our sources, Allu Arjun, who is currently filming for “Pushpa 2,” will mostly begin director Atlee’s film later this year. Atlee Kumar, who made a huge blockbuster with his Hindi debut “Jawan” starring Shah Rukh Khan, has several options. However, he reportedly chose to start Allu Arjun’s film first.
In a few months, we’ll know more about this project involving Allu Arjun and Atlee.
Then there’s the proposal to pair director Boyapati Sreenu with Allu Arjun for another combination. Geetha Arts recently announced a “massive” film with Boyapati Sreenu but did not reveal the hero’s name. Though there are rumors that Allu Arjun will star in this film, we cannot say for certain because the ‘icon star’ changes his plans in the last minute.
Although a film in the combination of Allu Arjun and Sandeep Reddy Vanga was announced some time ago, the director stated that the project has yet to be finalised. All in all, Allu Arjun’s next film will most likely be directed by Atlee Kumar.
