Allu Arjun wins Best Actor at the National Awards

Allu Arjun created history. Allu Arjun is the first Telugu (male) actor to receive National Film Award. He was named Best Actor for his outstanding performance in Sukumar’s “Pushpa The Rise.”


The 69th National Film Awards for year 2021 were announced today. Allu Arjun was named as the Best Actor.

The Telugu film industry dominated the 69th National Films Awards. Total 11 Awards.

On the other side, Rajamouli’s “RRR” received multiple technical awards. Telugu films received a total of 11 awards in various categories. “RRR” was selected for six awards, including Best Wholesome Entertainment Film. “Pushpa” received two awards. Devi Sri Prasad won Best Music Director for his songs in “Pushpa”. This is his first National Film Award. For “RRR,” MM Keeravani won the prize for Best Background Score. “Uppena” has been named the Best Telugu Film.
