Anasuya: I’ll not bring up Vijay Deverakonda’s issue again

Anasuya has resolved to avoid discussing Vijay Deverakonda’s issue in the future. It should be noted that she caused a stir online by tweeting disparaging remarks against Vijay Deverakonda. She made subtle remarks against him recently when the movie “Liger” tanked and the first poster for “Kushi” was published.

She recently confessed that she had no grudge towards Vijay Deverakonda, but she was enraged when she found that the “Arjun Reddy” star’s social media team recruited paid trolls to harass her.

She has, however, chosen to put an end to the controversy. She spoke to the press as part of the promotion for the film “Vimanam,” which was released in theaters on Friday.

“I attempted to speak with Vijay Deverakonda directly to clear the air, but I was unable to connect with him due to the system. However, I will not speak out against him or the aforementioned controversy in the future. I made this decision for the sake of mental peace,” she continued.

The issue began in 2017

Anasuya slammed Vijay Deverakonda on social media after he uttered the profanity “M” at an “Arjun Reddy” promotional event in 2017. Several Vijay Deverakonda supporters trolled her back then. Later, she became friends with him and appeared in a film produced by Vijay Deverakonda.

However, in recent years, she has been bringing up the same issue. She mentioned that she recently found that the trolls that attacked her during the “Arjun Reddy” controversy were not organic followers but paid trolls. She was hurt knowing that she faced online abuse due to a paid team. So, she attacked Vijay Deverakonda.

But when she took to Twitter to criticize Vijay Deverakonda for using “The Deverakonda” on the ad for “Kushi,” she received backlash from everyone. Why should she be offended? Many people questioned. Probably, this made her realize that one should move on.
