Director Anil Ravipudi is currently directing “Sankranthiki Vasthunnam,” featuring Venkatesh. This is his third film with the senior star Venkatesh after “F2” and “F3.”
Previously, he directed a film with another senior star, Nandamuri Balakrishna, titled “Bhagavanth Kesari.” He is now waiting to direct the megastar Chiranjeevi. He said that he grew up watching films of Chiranjeevi, Balakrishna, Nagarjuna, and Venkatesh. Having directed Venkatesh and Nagarjuna, he said he is looking forward to the chance of making a film with the megastar.
There are rumors that Anil Ravipudi has already presented a storyline to Chiranjeevi and received his approval. However, Chiranjeevi also gave his nod to another director—Srikanth Odela. Therefore, Anil Ravipudi will have to wait a bit longer.
Meanwhile, the lyrical video of “Meenu” from “Sankranthiki Vasthunnam” will be out on 19th December.
